central location helpful staff booked taxis small room no view poor vacuum
The location is central and near the Seine. The staff were very helpful to guide me to my destinations. Ismael at the front desk booked taxis for me each day. This was very much appreciated. There are many little restaurants close by.
The room was small and a little cramped. There was no view from the window. The floor needed to be vacuumed better.

Excellent Stay near the Latin Quarter
helpful staff clean room great location
I appreciated the staff's helpfulness and kindness. They gave needed information. The cleaning staff worked professionally and they cleaned my room and changed towels daily. Across the street, two good places provided meals and drinks. It took me less than 15 minutes walking to Saint Michel Square where Notre Dame stands.
The floor could have been vacuumed more and the room could have been a little bigger, but that's just me being picky.

poor soundproofing unwelcoming porter
The room i stayed in, a twin room, felt quite small (i bumped my elbows a few times). the soundproofing was poor. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms late into the night. also, i found the night porter less than cute, as a smile seemed optional. it is important to. It contributes to customer loyalty.

the location proved very convenient for accessing local attractions. a triple room provided ample space for luggage and relaxation. the staff facilitated luggage storage after checkout (which was a definite plus).
soundproofing could be better as i overheard conversations from adjacent rooms late at night.
